“Based on his perfect mix of gritty folk, alternative and down home country elements, it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that Mihaly is a good cook. In a world full of singer songwriters, he stands out as a breath of fresh air in a way that you believe not only every word he sings, but every note that sings out of his guitar as well.” - Nate Wilde, Radio 949
Born and raised in Colorado, Tony Mihaly got his start writing songs on his father’s old Sigma and the family piano, then recording and releasing his debut EP, Worth Living, in SLC, Utah back in 2011. He moved to Utah shortly after with his band learning how to captivate an audience and invoke emotions through his melodies and lyrics. Pulling from influences such as Gregory Alen Isakov, Joe Pug and Ryan Adams this singer songwriter will keep you invested throughout with simple melodies, sharp dynamics and intriguing refrains.
Mihaly is back in his hometown of Fort Collins, Colorado, writing songs and playing shows for anyone who will listen.
Stay tuned for a South east tour in February!
